Paso Robles Swim and Tennis Club

Paso Robles Swim and Tennis Club director of tennis Tim Foley says things couldn’t be better with the opening of the new facility on the Central Coast back in June.
“We’ve gotten off casino online to a great start,” Foley said. “We’re connecting with the local area and really finding that there was an underground group of players here for many years.”

Foley played at Foothill Community College under legendary coach Tom Chivington in the late 1980s. He is the former director of tennis at the Mountain View Tennis Club in the Bay Area. “We want to tie the membership and the area together and put on some great tennis activities,” he said, adding that he is being assisted by Bob Brooks, the Atascadero High boys’ tennis coach.  Longtime players Kim and Kimberly Walker own the facility, which features hard and clay courts . The club offers a wide variety of clinics and private lessons  for all ages and skill levels.  It also has two swimming pools, an upstairs private conference room, a fitness center, café and more. Membership are currently available starting at $79 a month plus initiation with no long term contracts required. For more information, call (805) 239-7397 or log onto pasoroblesclub.com.
